PAGE
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried;
He descend into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen

PUT ON THE
FULL ARMOR OF GOD.
Living a life of faith and justice is a daily spiritual battle. BJC calls all Catholics to "be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power" (Ephesians 6:10). This means we must put on the full Armor of God not only to protect our own souls, but also to courageously stand for what is right in a world that needs Christ's truth. This divine armor equips us for the spiritual fight so we may stand firm in our commitment to faith, family, and justice.
MEN OF GOD
Men, your call to be a man of God is a call to be a spiritual warrior and leader. Putting on the full armor means you are a man of conviction, a man of action, and a man of prayer. The Belt of Truth is your foundation, holding your life together with integrity and honesty so you can be a moral compass for your family and community. With the Breastplate of Righteousness protecting your heart, you are prepared to act justly and compassionately, standing against injustice wherever you find it. Your feet, shod with the Gospel of Peace, make you ready to carry Christ's message, not just with words, but with actions that build peace.
Raise the Shield of Faith to defend against despair and cynicism, protecting not only yourself but also those who look to you for strength. Let the Helmet of Salvation guard your mind, reminding you that your ultimate hope is in Christ, which empowers you to lead without fear. Finally, wield the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, and be a man of constant prayer. These are your active tools for spiritual combat, guiding you to be a strong, just, and faithful presence in the world.
WOMEN OF GOD
Women, your call to be a woman of God is a call to be a powerful spiritual force, a source of grace, and a nurturing heart in the world. When you put on the full armor, you are a woman of courage, compassion, and strength. The Belt of Truth is your unwavering foundation, a commitment to Christ's truth that holds your faith firmly in place. With the Breastplate of Righteousness protecting your heart, you are empowered to be a bearer of God's justice and a compassionate advocate for the vulnerable. Your feet, shod with the Gospel of Peace, make you an agent of reconciliation, ready to bring healing to broken relationships and build a culture of peace wherever you go.
Take up the Shield of Faith to protect yourself and your loved ones from spiritual attacks and the wounds of a broken world, trusting in God's perfect providence. Let the Helmet of Salvation be your constant hope and a source of strength, enabling you to be a beacon of light in your home and community. Finally, use the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, as a powerful weapon in your hands and in your prayers. Pray with persistence and a fiery heart, knowing that your intercession is a vital force in the spiritual battle.

A prayer to say when you feel
SAD
Saint Dymphna is the patron saint for those suffering from mental and emotional distress. You can ask for her intercession, especially when you are struggling with sadness.
I turn to you, dear virgin and martyr, confident of your power with God and of your willingness to take my cause into your hands. I praise and bless the Lord for giving you to us as patron of the nervous and emotionally disturbed. I firmly hope that through your kind intercession He will restore my lost serenity and peace of mind. May He speak to my heart and reassure me: "My peace I give you. Let not your heart be troubled nor let it be afraid." Pray for me, dear St. Dymphna, that my sadness and emotional turmoil may cease, and that I may again know serenity and personal peace.
Amen.
O Powerful St. Rita, rightly called Saint of the Impossible, I come to you with confidence in my great need. You know well my trials, for you yourself were many times burdened in this life. Come to my help, speak for me, pray with me, intercede on my behalf before the Father. I know that God has a most generous heart and that he is a most loving Father. Join your prayers to mine and obtain for me the grace I desire:
(Share your request...)
You who were so very pleasing to God on earth and are so much more now in heaven, I promise to use this favor, when granted, to better my life, to proclaim God's mercy, and to make you more widely known and loved.
Amen.

ALONE
Saint Rita of Cascia is the patron saint for those who are alone. You can ask for her intercession for peace and comfort when you feel isolated.
A prayer to say when you feel
MAD
Saint Jerome is the patron saint for those with a bad temper. You can ask for his intercession when you are struggling with anger and seeking patience.
Through your anger and confrontations you remind us that we all have a duty to confront others from time to time. You also remind us that we have a duty to examine ourselves and confront our own weaknesses and harmful behaviours. Your life teaches that I must accept others for who they are. You taught of the danger of self-righteousness; of the importance of reflecting upon one of Jesus' most insightful teachings: "Let the man who has no sin on his conscience throw the first stone." In the light of your teachings, Saint Jerome, help me to see my own self clearly. Help me to confront my own biases and to act to change others only out of love. If I see that I have the duty to confront another, I ask you to be with me during those necessary but unpleasent moment of confrontation. Help me to remember that love alone can make changes for the good.
Amen.
O Lord Jesus Christ who said, "greater love than this no man has that a man lay down his life for his friends," through the intercession of St. Maximilian Kolbe, whose life illustrated such love, we beseech You to grant us our petitions:
(Mention the requests you have)
Through the Knights of the Immaculata movement, which Maximilian founded, he spread a fervent devotion to Our Lady throughout the world. He gave up his life for a total stranger and loved his persecutors, giving us an example of unselfish love for all men and women - a love which was inspired by true devotion to Mary. Grant O Lord Jesus, that we too many give ourselves entirely without reserve to the love and service of our Heavenly Queen in order to better love and serve our fellowman in imitation of your humble servant. Maximilian.
Amen.
Three Hail Mary's and one Glory Be

May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed.
Amen.
